My favorite Milliner is Philip Treacy, this picture was taken on New Years Eve 2010 in Pimlico, London, UK when the streets were quiet of people and traffic… it was a magical evening. Philip Treacy designs are outstanding, many of them were worn at The Royal Wedding this year. This particular hat depicts a feeling of hair and, is certainly possible to recreate with hair pieces and a heavy gel, then sprayed silver… a perfect look for a hair show or Avant Garde shoot.
