I love looking at unusual plants although I know nothing about them. On this occasion I was at Kew Gardens in London with my Mum… who’s a great gardener, so I did find out that this plant thrives in tropical conditions however, that was of little interest to me! I was focused on the formation of the petals which were rigid, they formed this perfect herringbone pattern reminiscent of my Conical technique on the B-ING WHERE YOU WANT TO B’ DVD, this is a great technique to use when applying hair color of different shades on ‘back to back’ slices. It also reminds me of a fishtail braid effect on long hair… checkout future long hairdressing videos I might just use the inspiration!
