Cut a fringe

Right now the newest fringes are blunt and solid, like those worn by Olivia Wilde and Kate Moss.
How to cut it?
On freshly shampooed hair, create a triangle section from the high point of the head to right corner front and, to the left corner front or, recession-to-recession.
Begin on the right side of the triangle to the middle of the nose, take diagonal forward partings ¼“ from and, parallel to the hairline. With a horizontal finger angle and no elevation, cut the section at the bridge of the nose. Repeat on the left side. Continue taking ¼“ partings, alternating sides to keep it level.
Work your way through the fringe cutting it all at the same length using the last section as a guide and, be sure to keep each section in natural falling position so the sides are not included into the fringe area which would cause an unwanted disconnect.
