To go to classes and to learn new techniques is exciting; to apply them is likely to have a profound effect on our business. Be sure to review your notes and practice… its interesting how after 2 weeks we only retain 20% of what we hear and 30% of what we see however, we retain 90% of what we say and do, therefore practicing and having the real experience is the way to go!
